Build and maintain project finance models for wind, solar, and storage projects; perform debt sizing, valuation, sensitivity analysis, and strategic portfolio modelling. Prepare investment cases for senior management and the Investment Committee, support M&A transactions, challenge commercial and financing assumptions, and improve modelling standards. The role requires independent model building from blank workbooks and contributes to group business planning and long-term valuation analysis.

Manage UK corporate and international tax compliance and reporting, support Pillar 2 and transfer pricing, handle HMRC audits and SAO obligations, liaise with advisors, and provide tax advice to business stakeholders. Secondary VAT oversight.
