Lead enterprise product marketing strategy and execution for n8n. Define segmentation, positioning, GTM, and sales enablement; craft messaging for technical and business audiences; run launches and enable Sales, Product, and Customer Success; prioritize high-impact enterprise initiatives while doing hands-on execution.

Operate and scale IT systems with a focus on identity and access management, macOS endpoint lifecycle, SaaS governance, and automation. Build secure automations, provide L1/L2 support, maintain documentation and runbooks, and support security and compliance activities (SOC 2, ISO 27001). Partner with People, Finance, and engineering to improve onboarding/offboarding and operational reliability.

Lead partner ecosystem strategy and operations: build channel program infrastructure, track partner-attributed pipeline in Salesforce, create reporting and territory logic, administer partner tools and portals, maintain documentation and training, manage partner tiering and certifications, and partner cross-functionally to operationalize GTM motions and resolve escalations.
