Lead creative quality and visual direction across video, design, brand toolkits, and performance marketing content during a 12-month maternity cover. Provide feedback and mentorship to designers and editors, develop new creative concepts, collaborate with the Copy Lead on short-form video scripts, and establish quality standards with the Studio Manager and Brand Content Lead.

Lead a distributed engineering team while contributing code, architecture, reviews, and technical decisions. Mentor engineers, manage performance and career development, promote DevOps, CI/CD, testing, and quality practices, and deliver scalable user-facing systems. Collaborate with product, design, data, and AI specialists to prioritize roadmaps and build adaptive learning capabilities. Help evolve engineering processes, reliability, delivery speed, and team structure in a fast-growing education technology company.

Supports month-end close, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, cost analysis, payroll, payments, audits, statutory reporting, and financial controls. Prepares board and investor materials, manages external finance partners, improves processes through automation, and develops financial models. The role requires strong accounting fundamentals, advanced spreadsheet skills, analytical ability, commercial judgment, and excellent organization.
