Own a portfolio of public-sector employer accounts, driving expansion, platform renewal conversions, employee adoption, and retention. Build account plans, identify upsell opportunities, develop business cases, negotiate commercial terms, manage renewals, monitor account health, and engage senior stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Pensions, Finance, and executive teams. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Launch, and Product while maintaining accurate CRM, pipeline, and forecasts.
