Build high-throughput, low-latency networking components, research protocols, optimize concurrency and resource usage, and troubleshoot complex Linux networking issues. Own features from research through production, improving reliability, testing, error handling, and observability across distributed platform components.

Own technical support and customer onboarding for an AI-powered B2B SaaS platform. Resolve customer issues, distinguish user errors from product bugs, document reproductions for R&D, configure SSO and identity providers, manage desktop app rollouts, support CRM integrations, and train enterprise IT teams. Coordinate stakeholders, troubleshoot onboarding blockers, and ensure pilots launch on schedule.
