Senior Legal Counsel responsible for commercial contract drafting and negotiation, privacy, advertising, data protection, consumer protection, corporate governance, employment, IP, company filings, and transaction support across the UK, EMEA, and other jurisdictions. The role advises business stakeholders, manages legal technology and external counsel, develops policies and training, supports corporate matters, and acts as a senior escalation point within the legal team.

Manage and optimise multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp) for allocated markets. Drive funnel performance, design and run tests to grow lifetime value, align campaigns with commercial priorities, maintain audience and persona intelligence, ensure brand and content quality, collaborate with stakeholders and report performance versus targets. Adopt martech and AI tools to improve efficiency and contribute execution insight to strategic initiatives.
