Drive funnel performance, design and run tests to grow lifetime value, align campaigns with commercial priorities, maintain audience and persona intelligence, ensure brand and content quality, collaborate with stakeholders and report performance versus targets. Adopt martech and AI tools to improve efficiency and contribute execution insight to strategic initiatives.

Provides autonomous HR partnership across employee relations, people operations, learning and development, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes. Leads complex ER cases, advises managers and senior stakeholders, manages training programs and HR systems, oversees team members, supports international populations, drives people projects, and delivers reporting and process improvements. Acts as deputy to the People Partner while ensuring employment compliance and effective use of automation.

Complete a 12-week Paid Social academy, then design, create, manage, analyze, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns across Meta platforms. Use campaign data to generate insights, improve performance, test creative concepts, contribute to channel strategy, and identify emerging trends. Collaborate with account managers, creative services, and experienced paid social professionals while communicating challenges and opportunities effectively.
