As an Executive Assistant, you'll manage calendars, coordinate travel, assist with meetings and presentations, and support onboarding processes.

Manage and optimise multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp) for allocated markets. Drive funnel performance, design and run tests to grow lifetime value, align campaigns with commercial priorities, maintain audience and persona intelligence, ensure brand and content quality, collaborate with stakeholders and report performance versus targets. Adopt martech and AI tools to improve efficiency and contribute execution insight to strategic initiatives.

Lead P&L and commercial transformation for a media brands portfolio, shifting revenue from rented traffic to owned audiences, data products, licensing, sponsorships, and events. Set pricing and yield strategy, lead sales for newsletters/data/events, develop commercial analytics and pitches, grow licensing and partnerships, and partner with B2B/B2C sales to cross-sell. Deliver a forecastable sponsorship pipeline and materially diversify revenue mix toward audience-first products.
