Analyse and optimise portfolio commercial performance, develop growth strategies, monitor client budgets and ROI, and identify market opportunities. The role partners with Sales, Marketing, Technology, and other teams to improve profitability and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include competitor analysis, digital marketing and monetisation analysis, process improvement, meeting leadership, presentations, and using Looker, machine learning, and AI tools to monitor performance and support strategic decisions.

Provides autonomous HR partnership across employee relations, people operations, learning and development, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes. Leads complex ER cases, advises managers and senior stakeholders, manages training programs and HR systems, oversees team members, supports international populations, drives people projects, and delivers reporting and process improvements. Acts as deputy to the People Partner while ensuring employment compliance and effective use of automation.

Provides employee lifecycle support, employee relations guidance, HR compliance, learning and development coordination, HRIS administration, reporting, and people-process improvement. Advises managers on employment law, performance, absence, disciplinary, grievance, and family-friendly matters; manages training systems and calendars; supports international employees across US, EMEA, and APAC; and mentors the People Coordinator.
