Manage and optimise native advertising campaigns across platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, Mediago, Microsoft Audience Network). Responsibilities include campaign setup, creative and copy production, targeting, bidding, A/B testing (Optimizely), performance analysis, stakeholder management, and collaborating with internal creative and commercial teams to meet campaign and revenue goals.

The Paid Search Specialist will manage performance campaigns across multiple platforms, optimize strategies, and collaborate with teams in the UK and US.

Manage and optimize a high-revenue portfolio of native advertising campaigns (Taboola, Outbrain, Mediago); develop and test strategies and creatives; hit performance targets; present results to stakeholders; mentor team members; build platform partnerships; drive process and tool improvements.
