Partner with engineering, data, design, Sales, and Customer Success to drive renewal and expansion narratives, ensure enterprise readiness (permissions, compliance), and translate ambiguous business questions into clear product experiences and APIs.

Manage enterprise customer relationships, driving renewals and upsells while aligning MURAL's solutions with client business goals in a strategic manner.

Lead technical discovery and design for enterprise customers, deliver product demos, support RFPs/security questionnaires, advise on integrations and APIs, and manage security, compliance, and stakeholder relationships across IT, Legal, and Procurement.
