The Commissions Analyst will calculate and manage commissions for the UK sales team, ensure data integrity, and support auditing processes while improving efficiencies in commission systems.

Manage end-to-end employee equity administration and company secretarial compliance across UK and German entities. Maintain Carta and statutory registers, prepare board/shareholder resolutions, file Companies House and HMRC returns, support option exercises and M&A governance, liaise with Finance, People, external advisers and notaries, and run governance processes and minutes for the group.

Lead and grow full-stack teams owning Diagnose & Prescribe: build AI-heavy services (RAG, LLM scoring), prescription and eligibility logic, recommendations and onboarding, migrate monolith to services, stay hands-on in design and code, ensure engineering standards, observability, and predictable delivery while partnering with Product, Design, and GTM.
