Lead end-to-end offboarding, pre-litigation, and litigation across EMEA. Manage disciplinary processes, tribunals, agency proceedings, works council consultations, external counsel, risk assessments, and cross-functional improvements to offboarding workflows and product requirements.

Drive outbound lead generation and qualification for EMEA SMB/MM/Enterprise accounts. Execute cold outreach, schedule demos, hit SQL/demo targets, collaborate with Sales Executives, and use Outreach, Nooks and Salesforce to manage high-volume prospecting (up to 800 touches/month).
