Teams at Multiplier

Owns the enablement lifecycle for the EMEA sales organization, including onboarding, ongoing training, certifications, coaching, roleplay, and localized sales content. Partners with regional sales leaders to identify capability gaps, improve rep productivity, and connect global enablement strategy to local needs. Measures program impact through ramp time, pipeline, and revenue outcomes, adjusting initiatives based on performance data.

Identify and engage SMB/MM/enterprise leads across EMEA through outbound prospecting, calls and presentations. Use Outreach, Nooks, and Salesforce to hit SQL targets, schedule demos, and collaborate with Sales Executives in a pod. Meet monthly activity quotas and adapt strategies to market trends.

Lead end-to-end offboarding, pre-litigation, and litigation across EMEA. Manage disciplinary processes, tribunals, agency proceedings, works council consultations, external counsel, risk assessments, and cross-functional improvements to offboarding workflows and product requirements.
