Lead Onside's tax offering for fast-growing UK tech clients, owning portfolios and delivering advice on transfer pricing, EMI, EIS/SEIS, VAT and corporate tax. Produce reports, filings and HMRC submissions, review returns, undertake technical research, support restructurings and remuneration planning, and build client relationships while improving processes, automation and delivery in a remote, technology-led environment.

Manage day-to-day delivery for a portfolio of UK tech clients: prepare and review year-end accounts, corporation tax, VAT, management reporting; oversee outsourced bookkeeping; improve processes and automation; monitor KPIs and profitability; lead client relationships; support onboarding, fundraising and upsell opportunities while working remotely with significant autonomy.

Manage end-to-end R&D tax relief claims for high-growth tech clients: run client calls, gather evidence, draft technical narratives and R&D reports, prepare compliant claims and tax computations, handle HMRC correspondence, and support related advisory work (EIS/SEIS, share schemes). Improve processes, perform technical research, and act as a firm-wide R&D tax resource in a remote UK-based role.
