Lead design, research and development of women's knitwear collections from concept to production. Oversee yarn selection, stitch and construction development, produce technical packs and CADs, manage fittings and supplier relations, and ensure timelines, quality and sustainability goals are met while collaborating across design, product development and production teams.

Manage global cash planning, working capital and liquidity; maintain 13-week and daily cash forecasts; own balance sheet and cashflow models; manage banking relationships, FX exposure, borrowing and covenants; produce treasury KPI and reporting; support Finance team and stakeholders.

Lead and coach an in-store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales and operational excellence, build key customer relationships, foster inclusive culture, and embody Mulberry’s values and sustainability commitments.
