Supports the day-to-day administration and commercial growth of Mulberry’s Pre-Loved business. Responsibilities include maintaining product catalogues and imagery, managing pricing, stock, reports, product launches, regional stock packages, warehouse coordination, product listing page merchandising, badging, customer queries, and competitor analysis. The role collaborates widely across merchandising, planning, logistics, marketing, retail operations, and customer care teams.

Leads a retail store team alongside the Store Leader, coaching employees, fostering inclusion, delivering exceptional customer experiences, building customer relationships through CRM, driving commercial performance, maximizing trading opportunities, and ensuring operational excellence. The role also supports Mulberry’s sustainability, community, and responsible business values.

Manage Mulberry’s wholesale and franchise accounts, including partner relationships, sales forecasting, budgets, deliveries, showroom appointments, product information, and business development. Support franchise partners with retail best practices, training, customer experience, omnichannel initiatives, CRM, store openings, and retail development projects. Monitor account performance, maintain customer portfolios, achieve sales objectives, and represent the brand while supporting sustainability and inclusive culture initiatives.
