Lead strategy and delivery for MUFG's Digital Workplace: own roadmap, platforms (M365, VDI/Citrix, Intune/SCCM), vendor and budget management, large-scale migrations, operations, governance, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership to improve employee experience and security.

Lead complex Data and Finance portfolio projects end-to-end: scope, plan, budget, resource and risk management, governance, stakeholder engagement, change management, reporting from golden-source tools, vendor management, and mentor junior PMs to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and benefit realization.
