Leads enterprise Identity and Access Management operations, service delivery, automation, self-service, platform stability, access governance, audit readiness, and operational risk management. Oversees IAM platforms, integrations, incident and change management, privileged access controls, vendors, and global teams. Partners with Security, Infrastructure, HR, application owners, and compliance stakeholders while driving continuous improvement, reduced ticket volumes, strong monitoring, and secure, reliable identity services.

Lead strategy, engineering and operational delivery for enterprise messaging and collaboration (Microsoft 365, Teams Phone, Exchange Online, SharePoint). Drive cloud transformation, platform modernisation, governance, security and high availability across global teams and third-party suppliers while ensuring regulatory compliance and stakeholder engagement.

Participate in a 10-week internal audit summer analyst programme. Support audits assessing internal controls, work with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and develop analytical, communication, and financial markets knowledge through training and team exposure.
