Manage credit analysis and portfolio monitoring for growth and mid-market technology clients across EMEA. Evaluate lending opportunities, assess risks, recommend credit decisions and ratings, prepare portfolio reporting, support risk frameworks and appetite settings, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role partners with front-line teams, senior management, customers, and international offices while contributing to credit policy, early-warning mechanisms, and strategic projects.

Manage a portfolio of syndicated loans as Facility Agent/transaction coordinator, administering lifecycle events, covenants, security and collateral, liaising with lenders, borrowers and counsel, verifying team work, maintaining policies, and supporting project implementations to ensure timely, accurate transaction processing.

Operate and enhance data security controls across enterprise, cloud, endpoint, network, collaboration, and AI environments. Monitor and investigate data loss, unauthorized access, insider threat, and policy violation alerts; tune DLP and classification tools; support incident response, governance, risk, and compliance activities; and collaborate with security engineering and architecture teams to improve detection, control effectiveness, and data protection processes.
