Leads front-end analysis for complex NAV production solutions, serving as a fund accounting and private markets subject-matter expert. Defines business requirements, solution intent, acceptance criteria, operating-model implications, data needs, risks, and readiness requirements. Collaborates with business stakeholders, solution owners, engineers, and quality teams while documenting processes, use cases, system behavior, and functional narratives. Supports platform implementation, adoption, roadmap shaping, and cross-team testing across fund types, with particular emphasis on private equity and alternative investments.

Provide legal and regulatory advice to FX Services, Fund of Fund Financing, and CLO Collateral Administration/Trustee teams. Draft, negotiate and maintain fund, FX, ISDA, loan, and trustee documentation; liaise with internal stakeholders, clients, and external counsel; manage legal risk, precedents, projects, and committee representation across key jurisdictions.

Provide senior legal and regulatory advice for MUFG Investor Services' core businesses and strategic projects. Support and manage regulatory, licensing, documentation, vendor, intragroup and outsourcing matters; liaise with regulators, internal stakeholders and external counsel; maintain precedents; advise on fund-related EU/UK/Irish/Luxembourg matters and represent legal on internal committees.
