Provide independent second-line oversight of Technology Risk and Resilience, challenge first-line risk identification and controls, integrate technology risk into operational resilience frameworks (including DORA), review third-party and dependency risks, assess incidents and changes, deliver reporting and committee papers, and engage senior stakeholders to translate technical risk into business-relevant insights.

Lead design and delivery of internal AI enablement capabilities for engineering teams: build tools, workflows, standards, integrations, observability, and governance to make AI-assisted development safe, measurable, and production-ready while coaching teams and partnering with security, platform, and architecture.

Operate and maintain AWS infrastructure, perform patching and upgrades, support releases and rollback readiness, triage Datadog alerts, participate in on-call incident response, maintain runbooks and documentation, automate operational tasks, contribute to Terraform-based IaC, and apply security best practices across IAM and networking.
