Provide independent second-line oversight of Technology Risk and Resilience, challenge first-line risk identification and controls, integrate technology risk into operational resilience frameworks (including DORA), review third-party and dependency risks, assess incidents and changes, deliver reporting and committee papers, and engage senior stakeholders to translate technical risk into business-relevant insights.

Lead design and delivery of internal AI enablement capabilities for engineering teams: build tools, workflows, standards, integrations, observability, and governance to make AI-assisted development safe, measurable, and production-ready while coaching teams and partnering with security, platform, and architecture.

Operate and maintain AWS infrastructure, perform patching and upgrades, support releases and rollback readiness, triage Datadog alerts, participate in on-call incident response, maintain runbooks and documentation, automate operational tasks, contribute to Terraform-based IaC, and apply security best practices across IAM and networking.

Engineer and operate database infrastructure in AWS via Infrastructure-as-Code. Provision and scale RDS/Aurora, automate migrations and backups, tune queries and indexes, implement observability and SLOs, secure credentials and encryption, build reusable Terraform modules, and participate in on-call incident response and RCA processes.

Support implementation and operation of the data governance framework: maintain data catalogue and taxonomy, identify and monitor critical data elements, manage metadata and data quality assessments, track and remediate data issues, maintain ownership records, and produce governance reports and training materials to support risk and compliance.

Hands-on Business Analyst for Oracle Flexcube to assess unused platform capabilities, rationalise bespoke customisations, manage and triage the Flexcube backlog, coordinate Oracle Support engagement, translate business requirements into configurations/changes, support UAT, and produce high-quality documentation and progress reports.
