The role contributes to the CRM roadmap, aligns CRM with digital engagement channels, maintains customer data and segmentation standards, supports dashboards and reporting, and collaborates with commercial, insights, medical, analytics and IT stakeholders. It also manages system updates, resolves user issues and helps implement change in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
