Support GMP quality assurance for IMP licence: lead audits, review and approve production and analytical documentation, manage deviations, CAPAs, change controls and complaints, maintain SOPs, drive continuous improvement, support recalls, train colleagues, compile reports, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Lead site performance and compliance for assigned clinical protocols, conduct initiation/monitoring/close-out visits (onsite and remote), ensure ICH/GCP and regulatory adherence, manage site documentation in CTMS/eTMF, mentor junior CRAs, expand and qualify new sites, collaborate with cross-functional teams, support audits/inspections, and drive continuous process improvement.

Lead European science and regulatory policy for R&D: develop strategy, translate emerging policy into actionable insights, coordinate cross‑functional advocacy, build external relationships, and represent the company in policy forums to protect and advance the pipeline and innovation agenda.
