Owns front-of-house hospitality and workplace experience for clients, visitors, executives, and employees. Coordinates internal events including Board meetings, town halls, leadership events, and employee activities, managing logistics, budgets, catering, AV, and suppliers. Partners with Facilities, Security, Workplace Technology, Executive Assistants, and Client Events to maintain premium presentation, service continuity, and operational standards. Resolves workplace issues and drives continuous improvement.

Support the discovery, development, launch, and enhancement of AI-enabled private markets products. Responsibilities include market and competitor analysis, business case development, buy-build-partner evaluation, pricing, go-to-market coordination, product prioritization, usage analytics, management reporting, strategic client support, and AI prototype design. The role requires building expertise in generative and agentic AI while collaborating with product, technology, data, marketing, program management, sales, and client coverage teams.

Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Real Assets infrastructure products, including market research, client discovery, product strategy, pricing, profitability, requirements, prioritization, development, launches, and go-to-market planning. Develop new products, indexes, and data partnerships while coordinating with research, engineering, data operations, program management, and sales. Manage strategic business development initiatives, client delivery, commercial packaging, product-market fit, and revenue and profitability growth.
