Owns end-to-end commercial responsibility for M&S Travel Money across in-store and digital channels. Leads customer-led initiatives from concept and business case through testing, implementation, and scaling. Uses market insight, financial data, and performance measures to improve trading results and customer journeys. Coordinates Retail, Digital & Technology, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and external partners while managing risks, pilots, and stakeholder recommendations.

Lead the future design and delivery of consolidation, Group Reporting, and external reporting within an SAP S/4HANA finance transformation. Own decisions on reporting processes, governance, controls, and outputs while partnering with Finance, Technology, Tax, Audit, and Programme teams. Drive simplification, standardization, automation, testing, deployment, adoption, and go-live support, using extensive listed-group reporting and IFRS expertise to influence senior stakeholders and improve financial data quality.

Leads complex technical programmes across hosting and secure access, shaping roadmaps, priorities, budgets, and delivery outcomes. Partners with engineering, product, business leaders, vendors, and external organisations to deliver secure, stable services. Champions agile and product-led practices, coaches multidisciplinary teams, manages commercial relationships, and provides reporting on progress, risks, and benefits.
