Facilitates decisions, resolves issues, communicates with executives, and oversees releases, migrations, upgrades, and service transitions across multiple workstreams.

Lead EMEA product strategy and roadmap for a flagship property management SaaS platform, balancing global standards with local regulatory, accounting, and operational needs. Own market-entry planning, customer discovery, executive communications, cross-functional alignment, and success metrics to drive adoption, retention, and revenue growth across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Provides presales technical and functional support for MRI Software solutions, especially ProLease. The role demonstrates software, maps customer workflows and business objectives to solutions, develops proofs of concept, responds to RFPs, supports sales cycles, and collaborates with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and service providers. Requires fluent French and English, strong presentation skills, software experience, and willingness to travel up to 60%, including internationally.

Implement MRI Horizon and ProLease Enterprise property and lease management solutions for clients across EMEA. Gather requirements, conduct gap analyses, design solutions, configure and test software, deliver training, and advise on best practices. Manage project timelines, risks, resources, and issues while coordinating stakeholders and supporting implementations from start to finish. The role is hybrid, based in London, and includes client-facing consulting and occasional travel.
