Own and evolve AWS environments and shared platform infrastructure, building self-service developer tooling, infrastructure automation, observability, monitoring, alerting, and continuous delivery capabilities. Improve reliability, scalability, deployment safety, and developer experience while reducing operational toil. Respond to production incidents through an on-call rotation, mentor engineers, and establish secure, standardized platform practices across product teams.

Own compensation, equity, and commission programs across Motorway. Responsibilities include market pricing, pay benchmarking, salary-band development, merit cycles, gender pay gap reporting, HRIS accuracy, compensation dashboards, equity plan analysis and administration, and commission-plan audits. The role partners closely with People, Finance, senior leadership, and business stakeholders while using AI tools to analyze data, build recommendations, and improve rewards processes.

Lead the architecture and technical standards for production GenAI systems, including retrieval, evaluation, data pipelines, agentic workflows, reliability, cost, and latency. Build the most complex components, approve high-risk AI systems, establish shared engineering foundations, and mentor senior engineers. The role partners with engineering and product leadership, influences hiring and reviews, and translates emerging industry developments into practical architecture decisions.
