Interim finance leader responsible for financial control, month-end and year-end close, statutory reporting, audit, tax and regulatory compliance, treasury, cash flow, payments, payroll, and finance systems. The role also owns NetSuite, automation and AI transformation, control design, adviser relationships, and leadership development during a high-growth business transition.

Leads Motorway’s Dealer Solutions division across vehicle transport, payments, and dealer finance. Owns strategy, P&L, investment cases, operational performance, partner networks, and commercial growth. Builds scalable services, improves customer experience and margins, and leads specialist teams while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, Engineering, and external partners. The role reports to the COO and sits on the senior leadership team.

Owns company-wide financial control, statutory and tax compliance, treasury, finance operations, audit relationships, finance systems, and payment cycles. Leads month-end and year-end close, IFRS reporting, controls, cash forecasting, NetSuite ownership, automation initiatives, and finance team development. Partners with executives, auditors, advisers, HMRC, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Operations to support scalable growth and transaction readiness.
