Lead audits for small-to-medium clients, manage and train audit teams, perform risk assessments, design and execute audit testing, draft and review financial statements and audit reports, liaise with tax, complete audit planning and completion deliverables, ensure timesheets and appraisals are completed, and deliver audit files with minimal manager review points.

Lead and deliver audits and advisory services for complex nonprofit clients. Manage planning, budgets, timelines, review quality, advise senior stakeholders on accounting, governance and strategy, coach managers and trainees, support business development and tenders, and drive process and system improvements.

Provide technical tax advice and due diligence on UK M&A transactions (circa £5m–£100m). Manage transaction workflow, prepare advisory and due diligence reports, liaise with clients and advisors, and coach junior staff.
