Two-year audit apprenticeship providing hands-on experience in audit, accounting, financial reporting, tax computations, client liaison, financial statement preparation, and audit testing. The apprentice will study Levels 3 and 4 AAT, complete 10 exams, maintain working papers and an apprenticeship file, and receive structured training and mentoring. Successful completion may lead to progression onto the ACA pathway.

Provide corporate tax advisory to corporate clients, structure transactions, prepare tax valuations and HMRC clearance, manage tax due diligence and compliance reviews, mentor junior staff, liaise with partners and legal teams, and support business development and client pitches.

Manages a portfolio of private clients, including high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, and owner-managed businesses. Delivers personal tax advisory, compliance, capital gains, trusts, and inheritance tax services; oversees UK tax return preparation; manages client relationships and HMRC interactions; supervises, mentors, and appraises junior staff; supports business development; and improves team processes, efficiency, billing, and deadline management.
