Manage a portfolio of valuation engagements from inception to completion, delivering technical valuation analyses and clear reports. Build client relationships, lead junior staff, ensure risk and client take-on compliance, contribute to business development, thought leadership, and training within the Valuation Services team.

Work on a portfolio of US-connected clients delivering US tax compliance for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts and estates. Prepare and review US tax returns and filings, support advisory and planning projects, liaise with clients to gather information, assist managers and directors with technical advice, train junior staff, and continue developing US tax technical skills (e.g., Enrolled Agent studies).

Serve as a strategic HR partner to client organisations, designing and implementing HR solutions (talent management, engagement, workforce planning, L&D, ER) to support growth and change. Build client relationships, deliver on-site consultancy, coach internal team members, use HR analytics to inform decisions, and support business development to grow the HR consultancy offering.
