Supports online violence prevention projects by identifying campaign audiences, designing and optimizing multilingual digital campaigns, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, and contributing to research, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting. The role also assists with partner capacity building, client communications, project coordination, budget tracking, contracts, supplier management, and ethical safeguarding practices while working with sensitive online-harm content.

Manage day-to-day delivery of OSINT-focused analytical projects on online harms. Coordinate analysts across data collection, monitoring, analysis and reporting; review and quality-assure outputs; track timelines and risks; support methodology development; present findings to clients and improve workflows and tools.

Conduct red teaming and adversarial evaluations of AI systems across violence, extremism, child safety, grooming, crisis, and other harm categories. Design evaluation frameworks, test scenarios, scoring criteria, taxonomies, and interventions that translate real-world harm expertise into structured technical outputs. Review model responses, exercise expert judgment, and produce methodology and findings for technical and government audiences while meeting ethical, legal, contractual, and data protection obligations.
