Lead Moonshot's applied AI safety portfolio, overseeing red teaming, adversarial evaluation, client relationships, team leadership, method development, and business growth across harms like extremism, CSEA, and crisis. Translate subject-matter expertise into testable evaluation frameworks, advise AI companies and regulators, ensure ethical and legal compliance, and drive portfolio strategy, funding, and external engagement.

Manage day-to-day delivery of OSINT-focused analytical projects on online harms. Coordinate analysts across data collection, monitoring, analysis and reporting; review and quality-assure outputs; track timelines and risks; support methodology development; present findings to clients and improve workflows and tools.

Collect and analyse open-source online data (including social media) to produce quantitative and qualitative insights, draft analytical reports, maintain databases, present findings to clients, support methodology development and business development, and respond to incidents outside regular hours.
