Lead product analytics and experimentation across digital products and e-commerce. Analyze customer behavior using funnels, journeys, cohorts, segmentation, and retention; define and govern product metrics; validate tracking and data quality; guide experimentation; and translate findings into product recommendations. Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to improve evidence-based decision-making and build repeatable analytical frameworks, documentation, and team capabilities.

Leads software engineering teams across people development, technical direction, architecture, delivery, and operational ownership. Partners with Product and Design on roadmaps, discovery, prioritization, and customer outcomes while supporting engineering quality, CI/CD, testing, observability, reliability, and technical debt management. Coaches engineers, develops technical leadership, fosters inclusive culture, and guides teams toward autonomous decision-making. This is a 9–10 month maternity-cover contract beginning November 2026, based in Manchester or London with hybrid office attendance.

Lead hands-on development of Moonpig’s search platform, spending 50–75% of the time coding. Own OpenSearch integration, build scalable AWS and Terraform infrastructure, develop .NET, React, Node.js, TypeScript and GraphQL features, and collaborate on AI/ML-driven search capabilities. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, delivery planning, architectural guidance and stakeholder communication while helping shape the Search roadmap and engineering practices.
