Own P&L and balance sheet areas, support month-end close, produce management reporting, partner with FP&A and stakeholders, maintain financial controls and audit readiness, and improve processes to drive efficiencies.

Lead a commercial turnaround of third-party sales across e-tail, marketplaces and physical retail. Manage Retail Partnerships and Retail Operations teams, improve forecasting, margin and trading cadence, expand distribution with new partners, simplify physical product execution, negotiate with major retailers, and align cross-functional teams to stabilise performance and drive scalable growth.

Support day-to-day People Operations across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, HRIS maintenance, payroll preparation, data quality, employee communications, reporting, inbox queries, and improvement projects to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant HR processes.
