Teams at MOO

Manage UK employee lifecycle tasks including onboarding, contracts, performance probation administration, offboarding and exit interviews. Support HR systems (data imports, reports), payroll and pension compliance, Right to Work checks, employee engagement surveys, and contribute to People Team projects to improve processes and employee experience.

Provide technical leadership across MOO’s ecommerce and post-purchase ecosystem, shaping architecture from storefront and checkout through manufacturing, fulfillment, shipping, and customer service. Lead scaling, reliability, observability, migration, data coherence, and peak-trading readiness. Establish AI-assisted development standards and guardrails, mentor senior engineers, facilitate design reviews, and align Product, Operations, Customer Service, Platform, and Engineering stakeholders on measurable improvements.

Build, test, and deploy Java backend services supporting post-purchase fulfillment and manufacturing workflows. Improve system reliability, scalability, monitoring, alerting, incident response, CI/CD, and observability. Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders on product launches, vendor integrations, architectural decisions, code reviews, and pair programming while contributing to internal platform tooling and developer experience.
