Own analytical domains end to end by defining trusted metrics, dimensions, and business logic in semantic models; building production dbt data models; and delivering reliable Tableau reporting. Partner with operations, commercial, finance, and supply chain stakeholders, validate governed datasets for AI consumption, reduce conflicting outputs, promote data literacy, review modeling work, and train stakeholders on new capabilities.

Acquire and onboard B2B clients by prospecting leads, conducting discovery, demonstrating MOO products, developing value-driven proposals, and closing new business. Manage prospect and newly onboarded account pipelines, maintain CRM records, coordinate handoffs to Account Managers or Customer Success, and achieve monthly account and revenue targets through outbound and inbound sales activity.

Provide technical leadership across MOO’s ecommerce and post-purchase ecosystem, shaping architecture from storefront and checkout through manufacturing, fulfillment, shipping, and customer service. Lead scaling, reliability, observability, migration, data coherence, and peak-trading readiness. Establish AI-assisted development standards and guardrails, mentor senior engineers, facilitate design reviews, and align Product, Operations, Customer Service, Platform, and Engineering stakeholders on measurable improvements.

Lead MOO's technology organisation as the senior technology executive. Own strategy, budget, org design and delivery across ecommerce, post-purchase, fulfilment and manufacturing systems. Drive platform modernisation, improve engineering quality and throughput, build and retain leaders, partner with product and commercial teams, and responsibly adopt AI-assisted development to connect technology investment to business outcomes.

Lead rebuilding of security, privacy and resilience programmes. Own strategy, governance and incident response; drive BC/DR, cloud and third-party security, GDPR/PCI compliance, board reporting, and embed security into engineering and delivery.
