Lead MOO's technology organisation as the senior technology executive. Own strategy, budget, org design and delivery across ecommerce, post-purchase, fulfilment and manufacturing systems. Drive platform modernisation, improve engineering quality and throughput, build and retain leaders, partner with product and commercial teams, and responsibly adopt AI-assisted development to connect technology investment to business outcomes.

Lead rebuilding of security, privacy and resilience programmes. Own strategy, governance and incident response; drive BC/DR, cloud and third-party security, GDPR/PCI compliance, board reporting, and embed security into engineering and delivery.

Manage UK employee lifecycle tasks including onboarding, contracts, performance probation administration, offboarding and exit interviews. Support HR systems (data imports, reports), payroll and pension compliance, Right to Work checks, employee engagement surveys, and contribute to People Team projects to improve processes and employee experience.

As a Software Engineer II, you'll enhance the post-purchase journey by improving backend services' resilience and scalability, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product launches.
