Second-line oversight of Treasury Markets' £9.5bn investment portfolio: monitor wholesale credit, market and liquidity risk; write independent credit assessments; stress-test ABS/CLOs; review collateral and ALM inputs; ensure controls and contribute 2LoD opinions and forum reporting.

Deliver assurance reviews across regulations, processes and controls; provide actionable feedback and reports; support assurance planning, remediation tracking and compliance risk assessments; collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen control environment and embed compliance culture across the business.

Lead credit strategy for Monzo's credit card products: design underwriting and limit strategies, analyse portfolio performance and profitability (NPV), build segmentation and forecasting, run deep-dive analyses, partner with Product/Engineering/Data Science, evaluate commercial/customer impacts, present recommendations to senior stakeholders, and ensure regulatory and governance alignment.
