The Senior Product Marketing Manager will shape global propositions for Monzo's Borrowing products, lead product launch strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure market success and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Lead portfolio management for a growing unsecured lending product (Flex), building forecasting and monitoring frameworks, risk-based pricing, lifecycle engagement and loss-mitigation strategies. Manage and grow a team of credit analysts, collaborate across product squads, and partner with Legal, Compliance and 2nd Line Risk to scale the portfolio safely while driving commercial outcomes.

Lead ML strategy and delivery for Workforce Management: forecasting, routing, assignment, escalation and time-to-completion prediction. Build, ship and maintain production ML systems, coach and grow a team of ML scientists, work cross-functionally to turn operational problems into pragmatic ML solutions, and improve customer and operational outcomes.
