Lead end-to-end planning and execution of cross-team payments products. Define roadmaps, manage dependencies, timelines, risks and stakeholders. Drive decisions to remove blockers, ensure operational effectiveness, and propose technical solutions. Dive into data and architecture to make informed trade-offs and deliver value for users.

Provide legal advice to product teams on banking, payments and regulated financial products. Triage product legal queries, identify legal and regulatory risks, support governance, collaborate with Compliance/Risk/Operations, train stakeholders, and help scale legal processes and tooling for Monzo's UK product portfolio.

Run end-to-end hiring processes for tech roles: partner with hiring managers to define skills and assessments, source diverse candidates, ensure excellent candidate experience, improve processes using data, and close hires. 12-month FTC, London or remote (UK) with occasional office travel.
