Recruit business and corporate-function roles end to end, partnering with hiring managers and executives to define requirements, source talent, assess candidates, and deliver an inclusive candidate experience. Use data to improve hiring processes, manage applications, advise stakeholders, and support diversity-focused recruitment. The role offers flexibility to remain a generalist, develop a specialty, or progress into recruitment leadership.

Own the roadmap and delivery of Monzo’s internal controls and risk product platform. Build low-code prototypes, automated workflows, API integrations, AI-enabled tools, and real-time risk monitoring. Lead adoption across risk teams, guide two data and automation specialists, and partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, and Risk stakeholders to replace manual control processes with scalable self-service solutions.

Lead the development and evolution of Monzo’s visual brand identity across campaigns, digital products, web, print, motion, and internal communications. Manage and mentor designers, oversee end-to-end creative projects, provide art direction, maintain brand guidelines, and collaborate with product, marketing, engineering, writers, and agencies. The role combines hands-on design with typography, conceptual development, motion storyboarding, stakeholder management, and creative leadership.
