Carli Monterastelli is our head of sales development and is pivotal in driving our sales team’s success. In her current role, she manages and leads a dynamic group of over 15 global sales development representatives, ensuring they are equipped with the skills, support and motivation needed to excel. I chose to highlight Carli because she is not only an exceptional leader but also one of the most genuine and inspiring individuals at Monte Carlo. She leads with empathy, always prioritizing the well-being and growth of her team. Carli fosters a culture of collaboration, mentorship and continuous improvement, making her a role model for those around her.
