Lead platform administration, compliance monitoring, and brand typography audits to ensure licensing adherence and consistent typographic application. Provide onboarding, training, technical support, policy implementation, and reporting while collaborating with account leadership to optimize platform usage and drive client satisfaction and retention.

Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients, driving retention and expansion through strategic account plans, upsell/cross-sell, renewals, negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration. Track pipeline in CRM, represent customer insights internally, and stay current on market trends to identify revenue opportunities.
