Perform enhanced AML/KYC and due diligence for high-risk client onboarding, investigate PEP/sanctions/adverse media, analyse ownership and source of funds, produce risk reports and recommendations, escalate issues, support monitoring and ongoing due diligence, contribute to policy, training and compliance systems, and liaise with Customer Success and front office.

Lead FX sales activities across the full 360° sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, closing, post-sale management, pipeline and forecast maintenance, client relationship building, and regulatory/compliance adherence including FCA certification and KYC processes.

Manage onboarding and ongoing engagement for corporate clients: act as primary phone-based contact, coordinate handovers from Sales, liaise with Compliance for KYC/due diligence, resolve onboarding bottlenecks, track client satisfaction, support automation and CRM improvements, and document repeatable processes to reduce churn and improve efficiency.
