Produces billing and collections reports, maintains billing systems, evaluates credit exposure, supports cash-flow improvement, and ensures compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. Builds customer relationships to resolve account issues and coordinates with sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure accurate invoicing and payment processing.

The Legal Counsel provides legal support across Monex's global entities, focusing on contract negotiation, corporate matters, and compliance, while assisting with legal frameworks and documentation.

The Head of Engineering directs the custom development of proprietary products, leading a product engineering organization to deliver secure, reliable software solutions while meeting regulatory obligations.
