Manage and develop a distributed recruitment team, partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers, use data and market insight to improve sourcing and assessment, promote employer brand, adopt AI-powered recruitment tools, and report on hiring metrics. Role is London-based with travel to hub markets as needed.

Lead and grow a team of Implementation Consultants to deliver high-volume, on-time implementations of monday.com's AI Work platform. Oversee full project lifecycle (discovery, configuration, testing, rollout, training), partner cross-functionally, set and track KPIs, recruit and coach staff, drive process improvements, and expand customer usage and revenue.
