Own AI transformation engagements for 1–2 strategic customers, partnering with executives and technical teams to architect, build, deploy, and measure production AI solutions. Develop monday AI agents, vibe apps, MCP integrations, workflows, and custom scripts. Define business outcomes, run evaluations, provide product feedback, and turn customer-specific solutions into reusable assets and product requirements while collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Product.

Lead AI transformation and software implementation projects for customers, configuring monday.com workflows, automations, reporting, user management, and integrations. Advise stakeholders, manage project plans and budgets, deliver training and demonstrations, leverage generative and agentic AI, and advocate for customer needs. The role combines hands-on platform configuration, consulting, project management, customer success, and technical communication.

Own executive program management for the Global VP of Revenue Growth, including strategic initiative tracking, leadership reporting, data synthesis, and narrative development. Lead AI adoption by identifying, piloting, and launching AI agents across revenue and operations teams. Manage cross-functional delivery, change management, training, stakeholder alignment, and impact measurement in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
