Shape product architecture, engineering practices, data governance, and account-control infrastructure at large scale. Own features from conception through deployment while collaborating with Product, Design, and engineering teams. The role involves building user-facing web products and working across technologies including Node.js, React, Ruby on Rails, AWS, Elasticsearch, Redis, and MySQL.

Lead global territory planning and strategy across sales teams, partnering with CRO leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Own territory allocation, account ownership policies, Rules of Engagement, commercial data quality in Salesforce, and quarterly and annual planning cycles. Provide reporting on territory performance and coverage gaps while ensuring alignment between systems, policies, and go-to-market execution.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts as a trusted advisor, drive platform adoption and customer ROI, identify expansion opportunities, and own the full sales cycle through negotiation and contracting. The role involves executive stakeholder engagement, customer process consulting, internal promotion programs, presentations, and cross-functional collaboration to support account success and relay customer feedback.
