Partner with Global Hotel, Ecommerce and EMEA Distributor & Travel Retail sales and marketing teams to deliver FP&A insights. Prepare monthly/YTD reports, budgets and rolling forecasts, perform ROI and scenario analysis, build and refine financial models, identify commercial opportunities/risks, and support process improvements and compliance alongside shared service teams.

Lead and support the Bluewater store sales floor on an 11-month, 30-hour/week contract. Motivate and coach sales consultants, drive store sales and KPIs, deliver exceptional customer experiences (fragrance consultations, massages), manage stock/replenishment and general store tasks, and model high brand and grooming standards.

The Senior Sales Consultant will lead the sales team, drive store sales, provide customer experiences, and assist in store management tasks.
