Lead and support the Bluewater store sales floor on an 11-month, 30-hour/week contract. Motivate and coach sales consultants, drive store sales and KPIs, deliver exceptional customer experiences (fragrance consultations, massages), manage stock/replenishment and general store tasks, and model high brand and grooming standards.

Lead artworking for print, packaging, POS and marketing collateral across global markets. Manage team workflow, briefs and stakeholders, ensure print-ready artwork, oversee packshot photography budgets and vendors, present and apply stakeholder feedback, and drive process improvements to increase efficiency.
