Manage a high-volume pipeline of post-submission mortgage cases from application through completion. Responsibilities include submitting DIPs, communicating with lenders, customers, conveyancers, and surveyors, chasing offers, checking documents, monitoring lender service levels and rate changes, and ensuring cases progress accurately and efficiently. The role requires strong mortgage process knowledge, organisation, customer focus, and flexibility in a fast-paced remote team environment.

Provide mortgage advice to high-volume, pre-qualified clients while focusing on sales and client rapport. Use company AI/FinTech tools, meet KPIs, collaborate with case managers who handle admin and lender liaison, and deliver compliant, high-quality submissions to hit revenue and performance targets.
