Associate supporting M&A, sponsor-led transactions, equity capital markets, recapitalizations, and strategic advisory mandates. Responsibilities include financial analysis, valuation modeling, comparable company, discounted cash flow and precedent transaction analyses, client presentations, transaction documentation, valuation committee materials, and reviewing Analysts’ work. The role involves direct interaction with senior bankers and clients across UK, European, and cross-border transactions.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to investment bankers, including diary and meeting management, complex domestic and international travel arrangements, client communication, expense processing, phone coverage, and special projects. The role requires professionalism, discretion, organization, adaptability, and collaboration in a fast-paced, office-based investment banking environment.

The Financial Sponsors Analyst will support senior bankers in developing sponsor relationships, transaction origination, and market analysis within the European Financial Sponsor Coverage team.
