Own onboarding, activation, and ongoing product relationships for a portfolio of B2B SaaS accounts. Drive feature adoption, run training and check-ins, monitor account health, answer product/methodology questions, and feed customer insight back into product and account teams.

Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and data pipelines for Modo's energy market platform. Own AWS infrastructure with Terraform, implement monitoring, and contribute to LLM-powered features. Collaborate with analysts and data scientists and split time between new features and platform health.
