Build and run Modal’s UK people function as its first London-based People team member. Responsibilities include people operations, onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits coordination, employee support, UK compliance, HRIS data management, manager support, workplace operations, office events, vendor coordination, and local recruiting operations. The role requires autonomous ownership, strong organization, clear communication, and experience in fast-growing technology environments.

Lead and scale an enterprise sales team to drive strategic revenue growth. Own full enterprise sales cycles, coach AEs, build playbooks and forecasting, collaborate cross-functionally, drive pipeline and establish processes and metrics to ensure consistent quota attainment.

Own technical strategy for large enterprise accounts, drive multi-product adoption and complex sales cycles, architect cloud-to-serverless migrations, design POCs, navigate security/compliance and procurement, mentor peers, and influence product roadmap.
