Lead the transformation of legacy products into a unified enterprise platform. Translate strategy into roadmaps, manage backlogs, prioritize cross-functional initiatives, and coordinate Engineering, UX, AI, Data Science, Commercial, and Operations teams. Drive platform discovery, delivery, launch, adoption, and measurable business outcomes. Integrate trustworthy AI and data capabilities into customer-facing workflows while influencing senior stakeholders and balancing customer value, commercial goals, technical feasibility, risk, and resources.

Manage client onboarding, migrations, adoption, training, value reviews, renewals, and upsell support. Build relationships with senior client contacts, educate users on product capabilities, resolve complex issues, monitor usage, document activities in CRM systems, and relay feedback to Product and internal teams. The role also supports process improvements, cross-functional collaboration, and customer change management.

Reviews indirect tax returns, reconciliations, journal entries, taxability rules, registrations, audits, and tax classifications across global jurisdictions. Maintains Vertex and ERP tax logic, supports Oracle Fusion testing and deployment, manages compliance calendars, and develops automation and AI-enabled workflows. The role also responds to business inquiries and coordinates governmental audit responses.

Manages commercial renewal processes, tracks renewal risks, maintains pipeline and forecasting data, and supports commercial planning through analysis and reporting. The role coordinates with cross-functional and commercial teams to resolve renewal issues, improve workflows, and support customer retention. It requires strong data management, communication, organization, and self-management skills, with preferred experience in Salesforce, renewal management, customer success, and business intelligence tools.
