Provides Linux-focused desktop and workplace technology support for employees in an SRE environment. Responsibilities include provisioning and maintaining Linux, macOS, and Windows devices; onboarding employees; managing pairing stations and kiosk devices; administering Ansible, Jamf, and Intune; automating rebuild and support workflows; purchasing and maintaining hardware; and troubleshooting office infrastructure and networking.

Senior individual contributor responsible for designing and shipping core systems for LLM-powered agents, high-throughput data pipelines, provider waterfalls, and scalable distributed architectures.
