Seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to lead the creation of scalable web applications using React and TypeScript, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and potentially contributing to backend development.

Own and scale Mixam's lifecycle and retention engine across email, SMS, loyalty, segmentation, testing, and HubSpot CRM. Diagnose customer behavior, design and execute interventions, run A/B tests, optimise rewards and journeys, define retention metrics with Data, and partner cross-functionally to drive LTV, repeat purchase and reactivation.
