Lead development of next-generation electrochemical stacks for direct-air-capture technology. Responsibilities include identifying performance losses, designing cell geometry, materials, and flow concepts, modeling and testing prototypes, scaling successful designs into full-size stacks, and managing procurement and vendor relationships. The engineer will coordinate with process, mechanical, electrical, and safety teams, diagnose test results, address manufacturing constraints, and mentor junior staff.
