Supports compliance monitoring, thematic reviews, management reporting, policy administration, complaints handling, compliance event tracking, training records, regulatory horizon scanning, and enterprise risk management. Maintains risk registers, tracks remediation actions, performs data analysis, and escalates overdue items. Requires knowledge of UK FCA regulations, SM&CR, Consumer Duty, and strong Excel and written communication skills. This is a remote UK-based role with occasional office activities.

The Account Director manages a portfolio of insurance MGAs, serving as their primary strategic and commercial partner. Responsibilities include business planning, growth and profitability delivery, executive stakeholder management, governance, onboarding, service performance, carrier and capacity relationships, binder renewals, and eTrading initiatives. The role coordinates Mission’s specialist teams and vendors, monitors KPIs and service levels, escalates risks, and supports MGA growth from launch through business-as-usual operations.
