Lead product design for Miro’s Growth team across activation, feature discovery, engagement, habit formation, and expansion. Design and measure lean experiments, explore generative AI applications, identify growth opportunities, and partner with Product and Engineering on complex user experiences. Mentor designers, uphold design excellence, and contribute to design systems and internal tooling while shaping Miro’s strategic product direction.

Lead the design strategy for Miro's Prototypes product, innovating with generative AI, enhancing user experience, and mentoring design teams.

Owns onboarding, activation, and retention lifecycle marketing for new Miro users. Designs and executes personalized, behavior-based campaigns across email, in-app, and emerging CRM channels. Partners with Product, Analytics, Education, PMM, and GTM teams to use usage signals, AI automation, experimentation, segmentation, and customer insights. Responsible for campaign strategy, hands-on execution, reporting, optimization, and driving measurable adoption, engagement, revenue, and retention outcomes.
