Design, develop, and maintain Amazon Connect contact center solutions and AWS integrations. Build RESTful APIs, design DynamoDB schemas, implement Python-based Lambda functions, manage infrastructure as code, support event-driven architectures, collaborate with UI teams and Amazon Professional Services, troubleshoot issues, and participate in production support and deployments.

Lead design and architecture of cloud CCaaS ecosystems, integrating contact center platforms with CRM, AI/analytics, WFM, and telephony. Create solution designs, estimates, and support sales with technical proposals while evaluating new CX innovations.
