Teams at Mintel

Leads commercial change and transformation adoption, initially focused on CRM transformation. Develops change impact assessments, adoption plans, communications, readiness interventions, stakeholder engagement, champion networks, dashboards, and reinforcement activities. Partners with Commercial Leadership, Revenue Operations, Client Success, Technology, and Operations to improve user adoption, reduce friction, manage risks, and embed new processes, tools, behaviors, and ways of working.

Owns international Group accounting, consolidation, statutory reporting, accounting policies, technical judgments, and external audit coordination across multiple regions. Reviews intercompany and foreign currency accounting, ensures consistent reporting standards, supports complex transactions, and manages a Group Financial Accountant. Requires strong UK GAAP and FRS 102 expertise, significant consolidation experience, professional accountancy qualification, ERP experience, and leadership capability.

Principal individual contributor responsible for shaping how Mintel data, content, and AI capabilities are delivered through client-controlled integrations. Conducts client discovery, evaluates workflows, defines integration-facing contracts, improves data structure and descriptions, tests assistant and system performance, and translates client evidence into product roadmaps. Partners with Data Product, Engineering, Architecture, Product, Sales, and Account Management while developing use cases, standards, enablement materials, and thought leadership.
