Owns UK payroll operations in partnership with ADP, preparing and validating monthly payroll inputs and outputs, managing employee lifecycle changes, statutory payments, benefits, deductions, reconciliations, payroll calendars, and compliance. The role also resolves payroll errors, maintains accurate records, supports finance postings, and drives process improvement across payroll and benefits administration.

Develop and execute account-based marketing programs targeting strategic CPG accounts. Research stakeholders, create personalized outbound and nurture campaigns, curate relevant market intelligence, and partner with sales teams to generate meetings, opportunities, and pipeline. Optimize campaigns based on engagement and commercial results, while developing high-touch initiatives such as executive events, private dinners, and customer advisory programs.

Leads commercial change and transformation adoption, initially focused on CRM transformation. Develops change impact assessments, adoption plans, communications, readiness interventions, stakeholder engagement, champion networks, dashboards, and reinforcement activities. Partners with Commercial Leadership, Revenue Operations, Client Success, Technology, and Operations to improve user adoption, reduce friction, manage risks, and embed new processes, tools, behaviors, and ways of working.
