Leads commercial change and transformation adoption, initially focused on CRM transformation. Develops change impact assessments, adoption plans, communications, readiness interventions, stakeholder engagement, champion networks, dashboards, and reinforcement activities. Partners with Commercial Leadership, Revenue Operations, Client Success, Technology, and Operations to improve user adoption, reduce friction, manage risks, and embed new processes, tools, behaviors, and ways of working.

Lead product design for Mintel’s B2B consumer insights products, translating ambiguous concepts into prototypes and intuitive experiences. Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, clients, and stakeholders to validate solutions, balance user and commercial goals, and drive adoption and retention. Design AI- and LLM-powered conversational interfaces that simplify complex data interpretation, while contributing to design systems and fostering cross-functional alignment.

Design and deliver onboarding, ongoing learning, content, and enablement programs for commercial teams. Manage sales-ready content and knowledge, drive CRM and tool adoption, coordinate commercial communications, measure enablement effectiveness, and continuously improve ramp and productivity.
