Lead product design for Mintel’s B2B consumer insights products, translating ambiguous concepts into prototypes and intuitive experiences. Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, clients, and stakeholders to validate solutions, balance user and commercial goals, and drive adoption and retention. Design AI- and LLM-powered conversational interfaces that simplify complex data interpretation, while contributing to design systems and fostering cross-functional alignment.

Sell ad-hoc Mintel reports to new and existing clients, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and closing. Build and progress the sales pipeline, meet revenue and activity targets, maintain CRM reporting, present solutions to stakeholders, and develop strong product knowledge. Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Insights, Marketing, Product Development, Finance, and Enablement teams while continuously improving sales skills and contributing to team activities.

Design and deliver onboarding, ongoing learning, content, and enablement programs for commercial teams. Manage sales-ready content and knowledge, drive CRM and tool adoption, coordinate commercial communications, measure enablement effectiveness, and continuously improve ramp and productivity.
