Support Payroll and People teams to process monthly payroll for hourly, salaried and ROI employees. Manage payroll mailbox, validate payroll outputs, reconcile time & attendance, administer pensions, liaise with HMRC/benefits providers and third-party payroll provider, support reporting, audits and payroll-related projects.

Support the Store Manager with opening/closing, stock control and daily operations. Deliver exceptional customer service and Personal Styling, maintain visual merchandising to brand standards, monitor market/competitors, follow policies, and drive personal development while leading by example.

The Supply Chain Admin Assistant will ensure compliance and efficiency in stock movement by supporting imports and exports, coordinating with Freight Forwarders, and calculating associated costs.
