Own architecture, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, testing, security, observability, and production operations. Influence technical decisions, mentor engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver iteratively within Agile teams. Previous CRM experience is essential, ideally with Clavio.

Lead technical strategy and architecture for personalization, designing scalable systems for personalization, search, recommendations and ML features. Partner with Product, Data Science, and Design, influence cross-team technical decisions, mentor senior engineers, and improve engineering quality, reliability and productivity through tooling and best practices.

The Senior Platform Engineer will design, build, and support EPOS and SCO platforms, ensuring secure, compliant operations and automating processes for reliability.
