Own and improve production machine learning pipelines focused on accuracy, efficiency, and trustworthiness. Build LLM evaluations, judges, datasets, metrics, and benchmarks; run experiments across prompts, models, and pipeline designs; and reduce LLM costs through smaller task-specific models. Expand anonymization capabilities, evaluate open-source models, and collaborate with quality engineers to ship reliable ML features. Document findings and communicate technical trade-offs clearly.

Lead Mimica’s Platform team and own infrastructure strategy, AI infrastructure, cloud architecture, reliability, CI/CD, developer experience, observability, FinOps, and enterprise deployment models. Manage and grow platform and SRE engineers, establish reliability standards, oversee Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code, support security reviews and enterprise sales, and collaborate with Product, ML, Security, Sales, and Customer Success.

Design, build, and scale Node.js backend services for a MERN-based, real-time platform. Improve performance, reliability, and fault tolerance; design APIs and database schemas; collaborate on architecture, code reviews, and operational ownership. Mentor peers, contribute to hiring, and drive engineering standards.
