The role involves developing and supporting data processing pipelines, collaborating with ML Engineers, and improving infrastructure while mentoring team members.

Build, maintain, and operate Mimica’s multi-region Kubernetes platform (GKE/EKS), infrastructure-as-code, GitOps pipelines, and observability. Support engineering teams, triage incidents, migrate IaC to Crossplane, drive FinOps, and design BYOC/single-tenant access patterns while automating work with Python tooling.

Design, build, and scale Node.js backend services for a MERN-based, real-time platform. Improve performance, reliability, and fault tolerance; design APIs and database schemas; collaborate on architecture, code reviews, and operational ownership. Mentor peers, contribute to hiring, and drive engineering standards.
