Use customer health metrics, AI-guided insights, and Salesforce to prioritize actions and strengthen retention.

Manage a portfolio of ~50 customers, focusing on upselling products, achieving sales targets, and preventing churn while guiding customers through cybersecurity solutions.

Own regional ARR via AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud marketplaces by building marketplace listings, co-sell motions, private offers, and reseller engagement. Develop and execute a regional cloud partner business plan, enable sellers, generate pipeline with hyperscaler and reseller partners, represent Mimecast at events, and report marketplace performance to leadership.
