Principal HR Business Partner supporting Mimecast’s European go-to-market organization. Advises senior commercial leaders on workforce planning, organization design, talent, performance, reward, employee relations, and change. Owns headcount governance, position management, HRIS accuracy, sales compensation partnership, succession planning, and complex employee relations across multiple European jurisdictions. Partners with Finance, Sales Operations, Legal, and local HRBPs while representing European needs in global people programs.

Supports the quote-to-close process by structuring quotes, coordinating approvals, reviewing pricing and contract terms, and resolving deal issues. Partners with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations to ensure policy compliance, accurate billing, and revenue recognition. Improves CPQ workflows, delivers sales training, documents best practices, and analyzes pipeline, deal velocity, win rates, pricing effectiveness, dashboards, and executive reports.

Manage a portfolio of mid-market accounts by driving cybersecurity platform adoption, utilization, configuration health, and measurable customer value. Serve as a trusted technical advisor, communicate security outcomes to technical and executive stakeholders, lead business reviews, mitigate churn risks, identify expansion opportunities, coordinate escalations, and represent customer feedback internally. Partner with Account and Renewals Managers to support retention and growth while using customer data, health signals, and AI-guided insights.
