Provides strategic legal counsel on UK national security, defence, intelligence, responsible AI, cybersecurity, digital sovereignty, governance, and public-sector customer transactions. Leads Microsoft's UK National Security Team, advises senior leaders on sensitive legal and policy matters, supports complex commercial opportunities, manages risk and compliance, and coordinates internal and external stakeholders. The role also contributes to responsible AI governance, export-control matters, public procurement, external engagement, and international legal initiatives.
