Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce platform projects: scoping, solution design, implementation, QA, and handover. Tackle technical debt and Apex issues, implement Data Cloud, evaluate and drive Agentforce adoption, coordinate MSPs/contractors, mentor the CRM Manager, and manage stakeholder communications and delivery across concurrent workstreams to support commercial and operational teams.

Own commercial growth for M&I in the Americas by meeting a personal sales quota across new business, renewals and upsell. Build and manage pipelines, negotiate renewals, drive rebookings, upsell sponsorships, maintain Salesforce pipeline accuracy, mentor peers, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver supplier propositions. Support events as needed outside standard hours.
